SHIPPING POLICIES
- A 25% restocking charge will be assessed on all returned parts and accessories.
- In an effort to help reduce lost orders, “Delivery Confirmation” or “Signature Required” shipping options will be applied to orders having delivery addresses to apartment buildings and orders that total over $100.00. Additionally, these options can always be requested at any time for any type of shipment. A small fee (not to exceed $4.00) will be applied to the shipping charge for these options.
